Rory discovered his passion for cooking at the young age of 16 in England.  At 19, he ventured to Canada to further refine his skills at The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Rory specialises in creative modern European fusion cuisine with expertise spanning modern British, classical French, Italian, and Vietnamese cuisines.  With in depth experience in fine dining as well as casual dining, the menus he curated for Seraphina are both refined and familiar with unrivalled value.  His dishes blend tradition with innovation, showcasing his culinary finesse and commitment to utilizing seasonal ingredients to create unforgettable dining experiences.  Join him and his culinary team on a flavorful adventure, where each bite is a masterpiece of culinary artistry, celebrating the richness of seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
